Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The only thing I would have liked would have been notified when the plant was delivered. Other than that, I was completley satisfied with the service. I have not seen the plant yet so I can not comment on the quality until I see it. Thank you Barbara Hodges ---- Florist's Response: I’m so sorry for the confusion regarding the delivery notification. I’m looking into our system now to see why it didn’t alert you when I marked the order as complete. I truly thought it automatically sent a notification at that stage. Thank you for your patience with us as we continue learning all the ins and outs of our POS system.
